Goods prices were up by 12.7% in June 2022.

Currently, the average cost of living for a household in the UK is £3,073 a month.

The cost-of-living crisis is a worrying and stressful time for everyone and in particular our apprentices, who are typically on a lower income. Money can be a major source of stress and concern during uncertain times, and as the cost-of-living rises, companies have a greater responsibility than ever to support their apprentices’ financial security. We have provided some advice and useful contact information in this update, to help you to support your apprentice(s) during this challenging time.
